Just a pic... or two

Once a month....

...I update this! lol So I am now on my own, living with my mom. I bought a car and it feels good to finally have that freedom. I miss seeing my son more, but Mondays and Tuesdays are now the best days of my week. I am trying to keep myself busy so I don't dwell on my missing him. Ivan and I are on pretty good terms, which is great! We need to get along so Noah knows we both love the hell out of him!!

Birthday Party...

Noah turns one today, which is just super crazy! We had his party yesterday and it was great! Note to Erin- It does go by SOOOOO fast. Lord!!!

Wish me luck...

I had an interview this afternoon for a postion with the county in the District Atty's office... It was nervewracking but it's over. I took a test on June 11th that, that lead to my getting the interview. There was at least 100 people in that testing room and they are only interviewing 10... and for 2 positions- so I have a good chance. :)

I know... I know...

I stink at updates... Well life is a bit busy. Ivan's new job is working the heck out of him. Most weeks have been 7 days work weeks for him. I know I couldn't do it! We did take Noah out of daycare last month. Ivan's sister Amber (who just graduated HS) is watching him on the three days that I work during the week. Noah really loves his Tia and she hasn't wanted to kill herself yet so all is good. :) I am in awe of the fact that Noah will be one in 5 weeks or so. Where has this year gone?? (the same place all my money is I am guessing!!)

Woo Hoo!!

I got my license! Only took me until I as thirty to do it! My goal was to have it before Noah so I am good. Everyone get off the road... it has just become very dangerous. :)

Ask and ye shall recieve!

The last month has been very trying!!! Noah has been teething (4 top teeth at once!), we are broke, the car broke down, webvought a new one (can we afford it? kinda...) and now Noah has the stomach flu. In a nine month old the stomach flu means many interesting diapers and stained laundry! Wow, poor baby just looks defeated. Right now I am running on little sleep and much sugar! : ) How's that for a post! Oh and I go take my driving test on June 16th ladies! Yes, you heard right, I still don't have a license. LMAO!

Time really does fly...

Noah is standing. Noah is trying to walk. Noah is saying Da Da (though he doesn't know what it means yet...). I don't know when my baby turned into this... person, but it happened quick. You really do have to stop and take each day with your baby and cherish it. Before you know it he will be in ::gasp:: school and I will be that mom, standing in the playground, sobbing wondering where the the time has gone. Don't let it pass you by! (Remember these words Erin!!!)
